Hi Just got my account about 10 hours ago, and I still havent been able to use it.
I installed the debian image, and then tried to change the root pass as per the
quick start guide. But the command hung, and is preventing me from using any other commands, this was about 8 hours ago, and diginode havent gotten back to me yet.
Does anyone know if there is a way to reboot your machine from the serial console? The hanging change password command is preventing me from doing it from the web interface.
