Our staff can now provide free MySQL and PHP tuning and optimization for all clients. This is the first step in moving towards fully managed support services for all our VPS, VDS, DSE, Cellz VM and Dedicated clients. We are building the backend infrastructure at the moment and will announce the new services soon.

They performed some tuning on my site last week, it is a PHPBB forum with a moderate amount of traffic. The tuning they did made a_HUGE_difference! Pages load much quicker and a rare problem I was having with the MYSQL db failing once and awhile seems to have gone away.
