How long until this product is launched, I am considering looking for a host for a test server before I deploy items to my production server that is hosted here and the SK 96 plan looks like it might be a great option for that.

We are still exploring options for the SK96 and have not commited to a launch date at this time. However, if you would like a lower spec'ed server, we may be able to accomodate your needs with a custom plan.
