Hi.

Question to Diginode: I'm wondering what your support hours are like, and if the server goes down or there are networking issues, what is your response time like?

Question to users of Diginode services: How happy are you with support? Do they respond to urgent inquiries pretty quickly (i.e. within minutes)? Or more like hours/days? Also how satisfied are you overall in their services?
